Our Story

Owner and pizza lover Gabriel started his business by working with Claudia Vaccari, who opened her first pizza store in Las Vegas in 2002, with a vision of creating authentic East- coast style pizza in Las Vegas. Claudia grew up making pizza with her father, who is a legendary pizza chef in Boston’s little Italy “North End”. Although she had love for the family business, Claudia knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited her in Las Vegas.

Claudia knew that in order to create authentic East-Coast style pizza, she would need her dad’s pizza dough, mom’s secret sauce recipe and only the freshest ingredients available. Claudia, alongside Gabriel and her family, worked in the family business for over 10 years. Claudia decided to sell her restaurant to another owner, but Gabriel stayed with the company for several years keeping the authenticity of each recipe and putting his heart into every order he made.

Gabriel’s dream was to open his own restaurant, he often told his wife, “One of these days, we will open our own restaurant” and finally, the opportunity came when the owner offered to sell Gabriel the restaurant. He accepted the offer without second doubt, and ever since then, Gabriel’s main focus has been to honor the traditional dishes and serve with the same passion he started with 10 years ago.

Gabriel has always believed in doing his job with passion, every morning, he spends three hours making the authentic marinara sauce recipe to serve his client’s full heartedly. Offering the freshest ingredients, he is committed to making the food as he would to his loved ones. Now that he is the proud owner, he promises to give the best of himself in every dish he makes.
